The role
The Workday HCM Transformation Manager will play a key role in driving the transformation of People Operations at Dojo. This individual will lead on a 12 month programme to review and reimagine our systems and processes, enhancing operational efficiency, scalability and effectiveness.
What you will do…
Create an overarching strategy for Workday transformation from an HR perspective, with scenarios ranging from low-budget incremental improvement to high-budget total transformation, including risk/cost-benefit analysis to ease decision making around project prioritisation
Lead the design of scalable People processes, focusing on automation to reduce manual work and streamline operations in a fast-growing environment.
