First launch was back in 2009. So with over 15 years in the payments industry, we’ve got a story to tell.
Dojo is built to soothe customer and consumer pain points across the world for over 140,000 customers.
And today, there’s over 1000 of us in multiple locations across the UK, Ireland, Spain, and Italy.
Our mission is to empower businesses to thrive in the experience economy by creating the tools and tech that turn transactions into meaningful relationships.
We do that through sophisticated EPOS payments integrations, fast transactions, hospitality bookings, and a strong consumer restaurant app.
Our vision is to enable seamless, 24/7 transactions that feel like magic. We aspire to build a platform so extraordinary that it provides our customers with the dependability they deserve. We want to provide transactions that are the fastest, most reliable and as cost effective as we can make them so they deliver the value our customers deserve.
Our core delivery team is responsible for the internal systems and processes. Having good knowledge of systems like Workday and Salesforce would be essential for this team.
Delivery Managers at Dojo are responsible for managing effective delivery of work across the team and beyond. This is a senior role reporting to the Head of Delivery, critical for making things happen in our Product, Data, Tech organisation, and inspiring others towards stretching goals.
What you will do:
What you will bring:
At Dojo, we create the tools and technology that turn transactions into meaningful relationships, empowering businesses to thrive in the experience economy. Our purpose-driven approach is guided by three core values that define who we are:
We're building an experience economy enabled by technology, but powered by people—our 1200+ strong team of Dojoers who help over 126,000 businesses enjoy more opportunities, maximise efficiency, and make their customers happier.
Our comprehensive benefits package reflects our commitment to our people:
Dojo home and away
We believe our best work happens when we collaborate in-person. These “together days” foster communication, drive innovation and spark our brightest ideas.
That's why we have an office-first culture. This means working from the office 4+ days per week.
With offices across Europe, we know a thing or two about staying dynamic. Need deep focus? Head to a quiet zone. Big ideas? Collaboration spaces have you covered. Just here for a catch-up? Our social hubs make it easy. Do work that counts, in spaces made for you.
Question: what’s curious, relentless, and customer obsessed?
