About the Role

As a Workplace Technology Apprentice, you’ll join our Workplace Technology team and learn how to keep our tech running smoothly. Whether it’s helping a teammate with a laptop issue, setting up a meeting room, or supporting internal events, you’ll be right at the centre of making sure Dojo employees have the tools they need to thrive.

You’ll work towards your Level 3 Digital Support Technician qualification with real-life, hands-on experience and be part of a team that values curiosity, creativity, and getting stuck in.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the first line of support for employees needing help with laptops, software, systems, or access

  • Set up and configure IT equipment for new starters and support a smooth onboarding experience

  • Provide AV support for internal events, presentations, and company-wide meetings

  • Maintain and track our hardware inventory, making sure equipment is up-to-date and available

  • Troubleshoot day-to-day tech issues (printers, Wi-Fi, logins – you name it)

  • Log and manage support tickets using our internal service desk platform

  • Learn about IT security, best practices, and compliance processes

  • Collaborate with teams across the business to deliver an outstanding tech experience

What We’re Looking For

  • A keen interest in technology and how things work

  • A calm and logical approach to troubleshooting problems

  • A friendly and professional attitude – you’ll be the go-to for tech support

  • Great communication and people skills

  • Five GCSEs with grades 9 to 4 (A* to C), including English and maths

You don’t need to be an expert. If you’re curious, proactive, and love helping others, we’ll give you all the tools and training to succeed.
