We’re reinventing payments.
In less than four years, Dojo disrupted the market to become the largest and most loved acquirer in the UK. Our payments infrastructure, purpose-built for in-person commerce, is game changing.

Now, over 150,000 customers across four countries choose to transact billions with us every year.
But we’re just getting started.

Our people are the driving force behind our success. They are our greatest investment and our ultimate competitive advantage. We hire exceptional people and give them the autonomy, trust, and ownership to thrive. The results take care of themselves.

The Role...

As we continue our expansion in the Italian market, we are strengthening our position as a market leader through a growing Partnership Ecosystem. Our dedicated Partner Management team plays a key role in this journey, supporting our partners’ growth through targeted strategies, technical initiatives, marketing campaigns, and incentive programs.

We are looking for a technically skilled professional to serve as the key link between our company and our partners, ensuring the effective integration of our products and the success of each collaboration. Your contribution will be critical in guaranteeing that partner solutions meet our quality standards and that integrations — particularly with point-of-sale (POS) systems — are successfully completed.

You will also play a central role in leading strategic projects related to the launch of new products and services, ensuring they are brought to market successfully from initial concept to full deployment. Your analytical mindset and attention to detail will be essential in delivering high-quality solutions to our customers.

What you’ll do...

  • Act as the technical point of contact for both Italian and international partners and internal teams, with the goal of integrating as many POS software solutions as possible within the Italian market.
  • Collaborate with partners on the technical implementation of new solutions.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to improve operational processes across both organizations.
  • Maintain and improve technical documentation for partners.
  • Gather and share feedback from partners and customers with internal teams to support continuous improvement.
  • Proactively identify inefficiencies in processes, propose optimizations, and support partners in resolving issues related to payment integration.
  • Support Partnership Managers in pre-sales activities by showcasing product features and helping partners bring integrated solutions live with merchants.

What you'll bring...

  • Experience in technical roles involving close interaction with clients or partners.
  • A good understanding of APIs and basic concepts of software integration.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex technical scenarios.
  • Ability to work effectively and cross-functionally with internal and external teams.
  • A structured, analytical, and results-driven approach, especially in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts into simple terms for non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to gather and synthesize data to provide relevant context to partners and colleagues.

Dojo home and away

We believe our best work happens when we collaborate in-person. These “together days” foster communication, drive innovation and spark our brightest ideas.

That's why we have an office-first culture. This means working from the office 4+ days per week.

With offices across Europe, we know a thing or two about staying dynamic. Need deep focus? Head to a quiet zone. Big ideas? Collaboration spaces have you covered. Just here for a catch-up? Our social hubs make it easy. Do work that counts, in spaces made for you.

Question: what’s curious, relentless, and customer obsessed?

If you’re keen to know the answer, you’re a third of the way to meeting our Dojo values.

If the following speak to you, let’s talk:

  • You’re curious. You have a real desire to learn and create.
  • You’re relentless. You keep going even when it’s easier not to.
  • You’re customer-obsessed. You know how important customers are to what you do.
