The Role…

The Fraud Associate is a crucial, front-line role responsible for learning and executing established fraud and AML policies. This position focuses on handling routine transactional and customer reviews, ensuring strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and compliance standards. You will be a vital contributor to the London-based Risk team, committed to maintaining operational integrity and supporting Dojo’s continued expansion.

What you will do...

  • Case review and triage such as conducting initial, accurate reviews of alerts generated in our transaction monitoring queues in order to document fraudulent intent correctly.
  • Communicate with our merchants and financial institutions, to collect necessary transactional data and assist in basic risk mitigation efforts.
  • Doing due diligence support for the collection, organisation, and verification of ongoing due diligence documentation for live customers.
  • Promptly recognise any risk cases that fall outside standard procedures or are highly complex, escalating them quickly to senior team members for in-depth investigation and resolution.

What you will bring...

  • A clear passion for risk operations and a high aptitude for quickly learning complex, procedural workflows.
  • Demonstrate reliability and organisational skills, and commit to exceptional standards for quality and accuracy in all work
  • A proactive willingness to embrace constant change and actively seek out new knowledge.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships
  • Proficiency with standard business tools (e.g., spreadsheets, email) and familiarity with basic data concepts or experience with tools like Looker, PowerBI, or SQL is a plus, but not required
