We’re reinventing payments.
In less than four years, Dojo disrupted the market to become the largest and most loved acquirer in the UK. Our payments infrastructure, purpose-built for in-person commerce, is game changing.

Now, over 150,000 customers across four countries choose to transact billions with us every year.
But we’re just getting started.

Our people are the driving force behind our success. They are our greatest investment and our ultimate competitive advantage. We hire exceptional people and give them the autonomy, trust, and ownership to thrive. The results take care of themselves.

The Role...

Capital Operations (CapOps) is at the heart of Dojo’s growth. As the engine room of our financial platform, this domain owns the critical products for billing, settlements, and operational excellence - tackling everything from safeguarding and reconciliation to the API that power our financial partnerships. As Senior Product Manager, you’ll oversee a domain of three squads, accountable for delivering initiatives that drive meaningful value for the business, our customers, and our platform.

This is a highly visible role that sits at the intersection of business, operations, and engineering. You’ll be responsible for technically complex initiatives across the domain, ensuring they are not only feasible and scalable but also deliver real outcomes for our merchants. You’ll champion the customer experience while balancing commercial impact and technical resilience. Acting as the glue that holds the domain together, you’ll align squads and stakeholders around a common vision, maintain momentum, and make trade-offs that unlock long-term success. You’ll also manage and develop a growing product team. With one direct report already in place (and another headcount to hire), you’ll enable them to execute with precision - giving you the space to focus on strategy, domain direction, and cross-functional alignment.

What You Will Do...

  • Own the Capital Operations domain roadmap: Define and drive the strategy across three squads, ensuring initiatives deliver high business, customer, and technology value.
  • Spearhead complex initiatives: Drive technically challenging, cross-functional projects from discovery through to execution, balancing feasibility, impact, and risk.
  • Coach and grow a product team: Manage one Product Owner today, with scope to hire another. Empower them to execute effectively while you stay focused on strategy.
  • Champion the customer: Ensure merchant needs and experiences are central to every product decision, building trust through seamless, reliable solutions.
  • Partner deeply with engineering: Collaborate closely with engineering leads, shaping architecture and execution to deliver resilient and scalable products.
  • Align stakeholders: Act as the connective tissue across squads, leadership, and partner functions, navigating priorities and trade-offs with clarity and influence.
  • Deliver measurable outcomes: Ensure the work of the domain translates into tangible improvements for customers, stronger economics for Dojo, and more scalable operations.

What You Will Bring...

  • Proven product leadership: 5+ years of experience in product management, with a track record of owning strategy and delivery across complex domains.
  • People leadership: Experience directly managing others, with the ability to coach, hire, and grow a high-performing team.
  • Technical depth: You’re know how to drive technically complex initiatives, partnering with engineering to shape solutions that scale.
  • Customer obsession: You deeply understand customer needs and can balance them with business and technical priorities.
  • Strategic and operational range: You can zoom out to set domain-level direction and zoom in to unblock squads on critical details.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally: You influence without authority, aligning diverse stakeholders and squads around shared goals.
  • Commercial acumen: You connect product strategy to business outcomes, making smart trade-offs that maximise impact.
  • Clear communicator: You create clarity in complexity, ensuring teams and stakeholders are aligned and moving in the same direction.

Dojo home and away

We believe our best work happens when we collaborate in-person. These “together days” foster communication, drive innovation and spark our brightest ideas.

That's why we have an office-first culture. This means working from the office 4+ days per week.

With offices across Europe, we know a thing or two about staying dynamic. Need deep focus? Head to a quiet zone. Big ideas? Collaboration spaces have you covered. Just here for a catch-up? Our social hubs make it easy. Do work that counts, in spaces made for you.

Question: what’s curious, relentless, and customer obsessed?

If you’re keen to know the answer, you’re a third of the way to meeting our Dojo values.

If the following speak to you, let’s talk:

  • You’re curious. You have a real desire to learn and create.
  • You’re relentless. You keep going even when it’s easier not to.
  • You’re customer-obsessed. You know how important customers are to what you do.
