The Role
We work with a variety of partners across multiple industries to offer a combined proposition of EPOS systems and Payment Services to deliver a first class customer experience. With over 600 partners in our network we need bright, attentive and problem solving individuals to come and help us explore new opportunities in our current partner base and support our Partnership Managers in their day-to-day running of the accounts.
Your overall mission is to make the experience of working with Dojo as smooth and enjoyable for our partners as possible. You’ll be in regular communication with our partners and your day to day will include the generation of reports for quarterly business reviews, monitoring our group inbox, and building automations for manual processes that reduce admin across the team. One year into your role, success will be defined by how your efforts have contributed to increased partner engagement with Dojo and how much time you’ve freed up for Partner Managers to focus on the most strategic aspects of their role.
