The Role

This is a high-impact, customer-facing role where you’ll be responsible for securing the Technical Win on our most important Mid-Market and Enterprise deals. You'll be the go-to solution design expert, by bringing to life our product demos, being a trusted consultant during customer pilots, and a crucial voice feeding market insights back to our product teams. You won't just be supporting sales; you'll be actively enabling our entire revenue organisation and setting them up for success.

What you will do

  • Understand customers’ business and technical requirements, and design solutions that address their needs.
  • Work alongside Commercial, Onboarding, Partnerships and Account Management teams to set them up for success for the customers’ full rollout. 
  • Carry out discovery on new product/feature/process requirements and feed back into the product development lifecycle
  • Identify technical 3rd-party partnership opportunities that deliver value for joint customers.
  • Deliver product demos of existing Dojo products and be at the forefront when piloting new Dojo products.

What you will bring

  • Proven experience in solution design within the Payments industry
  • Demonstrated track record of working alongside Sales functions
  • Proven expertise in the articulation of technology-based solutions to business problems, bringing industry knowledge across hospitality, retail, healthcare, leisure & entertainment and/or healthcare in the UK
  • Strong communication - When working with C-level decision makers all the way to the users of our payments and will need to engage and build credibility with all stakeholders. 
  • Technical expertise - Have a firm grasp on API integrations and an intuition for how various applications (EPOS, ERPs, CRMs) interact with each other. Experience with RESTful APIs preferred
  • Passion for learning - Always be learning new technologies and increasing domain and industry knowledge
