But we’re just getting started.

Our people are the driving force behind our success. They are our greatest investment and our ultimate competitive advantage. We hire exceptional people and give them the autonomy, trust, and ownership to thrive. The results take care of themselves.

The Role

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Identity Project Delivery Lead for a unique opportunity within our dynamic Enterprise Technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and delivery of identity-related projects, engaging with multiple business teams and functions to ensure the effective and secure delivery of cross-cutting identity initiatives through proactive risk and dependency management. This role will require a strong understanding of a complex range of business identities, enterprise-level security understanding and consideration, and exceptional stakeholder management skills. You will be expected to demonstrate the ability to set and maintain a high standard for project delivery, focusing on adaptable communication and a collaborative mindset with various teams to deliver efficient solutions for a growing, fast-paced business.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead End-to-End Delivery of Identity Solutions: Manage the complete delivery lifecycle for identity-related projects (e.g., SSO, MFA, identity verification, access control), including planning, scoping, governance, structure, and execution management.

  • Secure Cross-Functional Alignment: Coordinate with other subject matter experts and Stakeholders across Dojo to ensure the effective and secure delivery of cross-cutting identity initiatives through proactive risk and dependency management.

  • Translate Strategy into Deliverables: Work closely with department Leads and System Administrators to understand the team's OKRs and success measures, ensuring project delivery directly contributes to robust authentication and authorisation outcomes.

  • Manage Organisational Change for Security: Ensure new identity products and features (like new sign-up flows or authorisation services) are properly adopted across the business through effective change management and communication, focusing on user experience and security compliance.

  • Drive Governance and Issue Resolution: Run the relevant governance and structure, with responsibility for helping identify blockers, resource gaps, and other challenges specifically related to identity infrastructure and its integrations.

  • Connect Execution to Strategic Security Goals: Able to coordinate delivery on the ground, ensuring work is moving forward, while also maintaining a view of the bigger picture to ensure alignment with the overarching security strategy and identity outcomes of the business.

  • Optimise Delivery for Identity Engineering: Collaborate with the security and system administrator teams to continuously optimise and improve delivery ways of working, tailored for identity and access management (IAM) development.

What You Will Bring:

  • Identity & Security Program Management Expertise: Proven track record in delivery and program management, specifically managing complex initiatives that involve Identity and Access Management (IAM), customer identity (CIAM), or workforce identity.

  • Experience in Regulated Environments: Experience in managing programs within the payments industry with exposure to security standards, data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, PSD2), and working with regulators, schemes, and security partners.

  • Influencing for Adoption and Security: Experience working within a delivery framework and collaborating with others to improve ways of working. Proven ability to foster cross-functional collaboration on security and identity practices. Track record of influencing senior stakeholders and building strong relationships to drive security-first adoption.

  • Agile Problem-Solving: Demonstrate agility and the ability to pivot quickly in response to security incidents or changing compliance requirements, with a proactive and positive approach to problem-solving.

  • Strategic Delivery Vision: Understanding of delivery best practices, with the ability to use these to iterate the right approach for the unique challenges of delivering secure, scalable, and highly available identity services.

  • Impactful Results in Ambiguity: Track record of driving impactful results in spite of ambiguity, particularly when dealing with legacy systems and modern identity platforms, and course-correcting when technical or compliance requirements change.

Dojo home and away

We believe our best work happens when we collaborate in-person. These “together days” foster communication, drive innovation and spark our brightest ideas.

That's why we have an office-first culture. This means working from the office 4+ days per week.

With offices across Europe, we know a thing or two about staying dynamic. Need deep focus? Head to a quiet zone. Big ideas? Collaboration spaces have you covered. Just here for a catch-up? Our social hubs make it easy. Do work that counts, in spaces made for you.
