We’re reinventing payments.
In less than four years, Dojo disrupted the market to become the largest and most loved acquirer in the UK. Our payments infrastructure, purpose-built for in-person commerce, is game changing.

Now, over 150,000 customers across four countries choose to transact billions with us every year.
But we’re just getting started.

Our people are the driving force behind our success. They are our greatest investment and our ultimate competitive advantage. We hire exceptional people and give them the autonomy, trust, and ownership to thrive. The results take care of themselves.

Your Key Responsibilities

● Referral Partner Prospecting and Acquisition: Be responsible for the entire
acquisition cycle for Referral Partners, from identifying high-potential targets (e.g.,
consultants, agencies, software providers) to the pitch, negotiation, and closing of
referral agreements.

● Agreement Design and Implementation: Develop and execute attractive
partnership models (commission structures, incentives, training) that motivate
partners to actively refer Dojo's acquiring and gateway solutions.

● Referral Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust and well-qualified
pipeline of new partners, ensuring that signed agreements generate a consistent
flow of high-quality leads.

● Networking and Positioning: Represent Dojo at key industry events and meetings
to generate interest and position Dojo's value proposition as the preferred
partner for referral programmes.

● Activation and Training: Ensure the rapid and effective activation of new Referral
Partners, providing the necessary training and support materials so they can
successfully refer their clients.

What We Are Looking For In You

● Required Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, business
development, or alliance management ('Hunter' focus), with a track record in the
acquisition and management of referral partnerships or indirect channels.

● Results-Oriented: A profile strongly focused on achieving targets and closing new
agreements that directly impact lead volume.

● Valuable Experience: Deep knowledge of the FinTech sector, payments (payment
methods, POS, management software), and/or experience working within a
referral-based business model.

● Negotiation and Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation and presentation
skills, with the ability to articulate a clear and profitable referral value proposition.

● Language: English level (B2+) is essential for international collaboration.

Dojo home and away

We believe our best work happens when we collaborate in-person. These “together days” foster communication, drive innovation and spark our brightest ideas.

That's why we have an office-first culture. This means working from the office 4+ days per week.

With offices across Europe, we know a thing or two about staying dynamic. Need deep focus? Head to a quiet zone. Big ideas? Collaboration spaces have you covered. Just here for a catch-up? Our social hubs make it easy. Do work that counts, in spaces made for you.

Question: what’s curious, relentless, and customer obsessed?

If you’re keen to know the answer, you’re a third of the way to meeting our Dojo values.

If the following speak to you, let’s talk:

  • You’re curious. You have a real desire to learn and create.
  • You’re relentless. You keep going even when it’s easier not to.
  • You’re customer-obsessed. You know how important customers are to what you do.
