The Role…
We are seeking an accomplished Engineering Leader to spearhead our Data Platform organisation. This is a strategic appointment for a visionary who will architect the future of our data ecosystem. We believe that a world-class engineering culture is built upon the abstraction of operational complexity; therefore, your mandate will be to transform our data into a seamless, self-service engine that serves as a primary differentiator for Dojo.
In this role, you will guide a high-autonomy team dedicated to engineering the foundational platforms that power our most critical domains: Data, Machine Learning, Experimentation, and AI in Data. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of these platforms, ensuring they are not only cost-efficient and highly available but also intuitively designed to reduce the cognitive load on our product engineering teams. By adopting a product mindset toward internal infrastructure, you will empower the broader organisation to innovate at scale, removing systemic friction through sophisticated platforms and robust architectural standards.
