We’re reinventing payments.
In less than four years, Dojo disrupted the market to become the largest and most loved acquirer in the UK. Our payments infrastructure, purpose-built for in-person commerce, is game changing.

Now, over 150,000 customers across four countries choose to transact billions with us every year.
But we’re just getting started.

Our people are the driving force behind our success. They are our greatest investment and our ultimate competitive advantage. We hire exceptional people and give them the autonomy, trust, and ownership to thrive. The results take care of themselves.

The Role

The Reward Analystis a vital part of the People team, responsible for the "engine room" of our compensation and benefits offerings. You will ensure our reward data is impeccable, our benchmarking is precise, and our reward cycles run like clockwork.

You aren't just a data entry specialist; you are an analytical problem-solver who translates raw numbers into actionable insights. You will support the Senior Reward Manager in maintaining Dojo’s competitive edge across all markets, ensuring every "Dojo-er" is rewarded fairly and transparently.

What you will do...

Data Management & Analysis:

  • Ensure Job Family Groups are maintained, as well as administer & maintain our reward tools and systems (Carta, Aon, Ravio, Workday Advanced Comp and supporting spreadsheets/databases).
  • Market Benchmarking: Conduct regular salary and benefits benchmarking exercises, mapping our internal roles to external market data to ensure pay ranges remain competitive across the UK/EU.
  • Reporting & Insights: Build and maintain reward reports & dashboards, providing the "story behind the numbers" for People Partners and managers.

Reward Operations & Cycles:

  • Cycle Support: Provide the analytical heavy lifting for our salary review processes. This includes preparing data, auditing recommendations, and ensuring final changes are reflected in payroll.
  • Equity Administration: Support the administration of our Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP), tracking grants and vestings and ensuring participants have clarity on their equity.
  • Benefit Coordination: Assist in the maintenance, communication and annual renewal of benefits across different regions as required

Stakeholder Support & Governance:

  • Query Resolution & Communication: Serve as a key point of contact for People Partners and employees regarding reward policies, salary bands and LTIP queries, as well as draft engaging communications to the wider business.
  • Compliance & Auditing: Perform regular data audits to ensure we meet legal requirements, including preparing data for annual Gender Pay Gap reporting and ensuring compliance with local regulations in Europe.

What you will bring...

  • Analytical Rigor: You are highly proficient in Google Sheets or Excel. You are comfortable with complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualisation to make large datasets easy to digest.

  • Reward Experience: You have solid experience in a Reward or HR Analytics role. You understand the fundamentals of job leveling, pay structures, LTIP and benefits administration.

  • Systems Tech-Savvy: Experience with an HRIS (Workday is a significant plus), compensation benchmarking tools (like Aon or Ravio) and equity platforms (ideally Carta)

  • Precision & Integrity: You have an uncompromising eye for detail. You understand the sensitivity of compensation data and handle it with the utmost discretion and accuracy.

  • Problem-Solving Mindset: You don’t just report a data discrepancy; you investigate why it happened and propose a fix to stop it from happening again.

  • Clear Communication: You can explain technical reward concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a way that is helpful and easy to understand

  • International Awareness: You are curious about (or have experience in) the nuances of European reward landscapes, particularly the statutory requirements in countries like Spain, France, or Italy.

Dojo home and away

We believe our best work happens when we collaborate in-person. These “together days” foster communication, drive innovation and spark our brightest ideas.

That's why we have an office-first culture. This means working from the office 4+ days per week.

With offices across Europe, we know a thing or two about staying dynamic. Need deep focus? Head to a quiet zone. Big ideas? Collaboration spaces have you covered. Just here for a catch-up? Our social hubs make it easy. Do work that counts, in spaces made for you.

Question: what’s curious, relentless, and customer obsessed?

If you’re keen to know the answer, you’re a third of the way to meeting our Dojo values.

If the following speak to you, let’s talk:

  • You’re curious. You have a real desire to learn and create.
  • You’re relentless. You keep going even when it’s easier not to.
  • You’re customer-obsessed. You know how important customers are to what you do.
