We’re reinventing payments.
In less than four years, Dojo disrupted the market to become the largest and most loved acquirer in the UK. Our payments infrastructure, purpose-built for in-person commerce, is game changing.

Now, over 150,000 customers across four countries choose to transact billions with us every year.
But we’re just getting started.

Our people are the driving force behind our success. They are our greatest investment and our ultimate competitive advantage. We hire exceptional people and give them the autonomy, trust, and ownership to thrive. The results take care of themselves.

Our Mission:

We’re on a mission to unlock growth for in-person businesses.

We provide business solutions that extend beyond core payment needs, leveraging our world-class payments infrastructure and real-time transaction data. We integrate these solutions into a singular digital experience, called Sidekick, so it’s easy for customers to discover and use the full range of solutions that Dojo has to offer.

The Role

As a Senior Product Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product strategy by transforming complex data into actionable insights. You will be responsible for developing and implementing analytical frameworks that empower our product squads to understand their impact, optimise performance, and drive growth. You will be a key player in fostering a data-first culture, enabling decentralised teams to make faster, more autonomous decisions.

What you'll do

  • Develop Reporting Frameworks: Design and implement a comprehensive squad reporting framework, including a product-centric metric tree, to ensure each product squad understands its contribution to our North Star metric.
  • Drive Data-First Culture: Act as an evangelist for data-driven decision-making. Empower decentralised teams by providing clear visibility into how their work impacts company goals.
  • Strengthen Product Adoption & Attribution: Build and refine sophisticated attribution models (e.g., Multi-touch, Marketing Mix Modelling) to identify the most effective channels and touchpoints for driving product adoption and optimising customer acquisition cost (CAC).
  • Deliver Strategic Insights: Conduct in-depth analysis of the full customer lifecycle, providing a comprehensive overview of product onboarding and ongoing engagement to inform growth strategies.
  • Optimise Business Performance: Analyse customer touchpoints to pinpoint opportunities for increasing Value-Added Product (VAP) revenue and decreasing the cost to serve, directly contributing to the company's financial goals.
  • Collaborate & Mentor: Work closely with product squads, squad leads, and other stakeholders to establish success measurement frameworks and scale these across the tribe. Mentor other analysts and uplift the data literacy of the entire product organisation.

What you'll bring

  • Extensive Experience: Proven experience in a product analytics role, with a track record of delivering impactful insights and driving data-informed product decisions.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in SQL (we use BigQuery and Snowflake) and a scripting language such as Python or R.
  • Advanced Analytics: Applied understanding of descriptive and predictive analytics, with hands-on experience in building attribution models and running statistically rigorous experiments.
  • Strategic Mindset: You are commercially aware and can connect analytical insights to business impact. You're comfortable with ambiguity and can navigate complex challenges to find pragmatic solutions.
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels and influence decision-making.
  • BI & Visualisation: Expertise in data visualisation and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) to create compelling and easy-to-understand reports and dashboards.
  • Leadership & Mentoring: A passion for mentoring others and a desire to elevate the data capabilities of the entire team.
  • Experience with DBT

Nice to have

  • Experience with user event tracking tools like Amplitude, Segment, or Snowplow.
  • Familiarity with Git and CI/CD best practices in a data environment.
  • Experience in the fintech or payments industry.

Dojo home and away

We believe our best work happens when we collaborate in-person. These “together days” foster communication, drive innovation and spark our brightest ideas.

That's why we have an office-first culture. This means working from the office 4+ days per week.

With offices across Europe, we know a thing or two about staying dynamic. Need deep focus? Head to a quiet zone. Big ideas? Collaboration spaces have you covered. Just here for a catch-up? Our social hubs make it easy. Do work that counts, in spaces made for you.

Question: what’s curious, relentless, and customer obsessed?

If you’re keen to know the answer, you’re a third of the way to meeting our Dojo values.

If the following speak to you, let’s talk:

  • You’re curious. You have a real desire to learn and create.
  • You’re relentless. You keep going even when it’s easier not to.
  • You’re customer-obsessed. You know how important customers are to what you do.
