The Role...
Our vision is to enable seamless, 24/7 transactions that feel like magic. But that magic starts long before the first transaction - it begins the moment a new customer looks to join Dojo and for more than half our customers, that journey depends on a Partner.The aim of the Partner priority is for Dojo to “Become the Preferred Partner” for payments, to provide the experience and incentives which make partners choose us above the competition. To achieve this we will focus on a set of initiatives working alongside our more than 1000 partners with the ultimate goal of promoting more engagement , and drive the behaviours which are mutually beneficial to us, the partners and our customers.
We are looking for a Delivery Lead to own this high-priority, truly cross-functional programme where you own the plan of execution for a company-wide priority that aims to reimagine the journey from the point a Partner is onboarded, the activities and tools that allow them to do business with Dojo, to the models that underpin our compensation calculations, so we can become that Preferred Payments Partner.
